This policy explains how Netcetera LLC ("Netcetera," "we," "us") handles information collected through www.netcet.net and through our text messaging program. It does not cover data we manage for clients under a service agreement or business associate agreement; those agreements govern that data.

When you contact us through this website, we collect what you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, and your message. Our web host may also process basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, session recording, chat widgets or any other third-party tracking technology. We do not collect browsing data for marketing or advertising, and we do not sell or share visitor information with advertisers or data brokers.
Our hosting provider processes basic connection information (such as IP address) to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. Links to outside services, such as our client portal, remote support tool and online scheduling, take you to those providers' own sites, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

Please do not send patient or other protected health information through our website form, email or text message. These channels are not intended for that purpose.
